A blind judging process from our select guest panel of judges will pick the top three winner from the entries. There will also be a “People’s Choice” award in which guests can vote for their favorite sausage.
The sausage judging panel will include Phaedra Cook of Houston Food Finder, Hank Lewis of Hank on Food, SpindleTap Brewery marketing/Texas Beer Experience Leo Longoria , and Shane McAuliffe of The Texas Bucket List
